Getting Divorce and Gay Marriage!?
Question by The Woman of God , I shall be!: Getting Divorce and Gay Marriage!?
I’m for one is for gay marriage, I grew up in a religious culture home but turn out the opposite. I seen homosexual families who raise children and their kids turn out perfectly fine and not gay. I see nothing wrong with gay marriage. This country was not built for religious beliefs. In fact this country was a melting pot and for people to runaway from countries that are sprucely religious. In the Norton Analogy; buy me studying psychology, I for one is allowing gay marriage and should be allowed. Who are you to say and be in someone Else personal life and tell them who they should love and be dedicated to. If they argument is going to be that god doesn’t allowed homosexuals, (but he did say want his people to be free and he loves us all no matter what,) Then How about we argue that divorce should be illegal also and that guy doesn’t approve of that?
Two scenario’s for religious arguments;Scenario one, god doesn’t like homosexuals Scenario two, god doesn’t like divorce.
We are the people who teach your kids, run the government, pack your groceries, save your lives and so on. I’m not gay but I do believe it is not our right as people to decided what is right for other people.
I look at this argument like I look at it when it came time for slavery( I wasn’t born in slavery)
It had to be a white man with power to ask another white man with power, how can a black man who is let free harm this country. If you look at it closely you can argue that for divorces, and gay rights.
It takes people to decide what is right for other people.
I beleive gay people need to riot and march like we black people did to get freedom and if it takes bloodshed to make society understand then so be it. We as blacks had to shed many many blood, sweat and tears just to get where we are today.
Not everyone is religious, not everyone believes in the same things, so if you are going to fight against one of these fight against both.

Gay people have a very long road ahead of them. I completely support them & I’ve had many gay friends throughout my life. My very best lesbian girlfriend was just married during that small window in CA. I don’t know if it will be reversed or not.
It’s like anything else. There was a time when women couldn’t vote. My husband’s mom (he was adopted) was black & I was at a loss for words listening to her stories about not being able to sit on the air conditioned “white” side of the bus station in Little Rock, Arkansas. It literally brought tears to my eyes. I couldn’t believe that someone I knew had actually experienced that first hand.
I hope that eventually our children will look back on this & not even be able to understand this level of ignorance either.
